Ana Cecília is a well-known coffee producer and, together with Lucio Gondim and her family, she owns São Luiz Estate Coffees, located in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais.

This coffee is vibrant, with notes of dark chocolate, refined blueberries, and cacao nibs, enhanced by the induced fermentation process. Perfect for a bold espresso or an intense moka.

Tasting notes: cacao nibs, salted dark chocolate, dark berries, with medium body intensity.
