At the Nazaret estate in Suaza, Huila, Javier Cantillo carries on a family tradition dedicated to specialty coffee. Grown at 1,730 metres, this Geisha ripens slowly thanks to the region’s distinctive microclimate. Washed processing brings out a refined, vibrant profile: peach, jasmine and vanilla come together in a delicately sweet cup with a bright, lingering finish.
