This lot is the result of the shared work of two producers from the Jovemcafe Arcoíris group, Narcisa Salucio and Paula Perez, both members of the local Indigenous community.
Grown in the high-altitude community of Aldea Com, the coffee undergoes a long and slow fermentation of up to 58 hours, encouraged by the cool mountain climate. After fermentation, it is carefully washed to preserve clarity and aromatic brightness.
The result is a vibrant, luminous cup, ideal for both filter and espresso.
