Grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Kenya, Harmony is a coffee with bright sweetness and vibrant acidity. The cherries are hand-selected, fermented for 16 hours, and sun-dried on raised beds following local tradition. In the cup, it reveals notes of blood orange, black cherry, sweet marmalade, sticky toffee pudding and black tea.
Region: Kirinyaga County – Variety: SL38 & SL28 – Process: Washed – Altitude: 2000 m

Espera Feliz – Brazil (250g)
A micro-lot by Afonso Lacerda, a key figure in controlled fermentation. Grown at Sítio Forquilha do Rio, in the heart of Caparaó, this natural-fermented coffee delivers a soft and complex cup with notes of peach, yellow melon jam, Brazil nuts and a chamomile finish.
Region: Matas de Minas – Variety: Yellow Caparaó – Process: Natural Fermented – Altitude: 1100 m
Great for filter or espresso.
