Alejo is the owner of the beautiful Hacineda Colima, which is located at the edges of the Brava Volcano. New coffee trees are planted in a very fertile volcanic soil at an altitude of more than 1,300m. This coffee is a brilliant lot which can be served in espresso and drip drinks, and represent very well the volcanic sole interference in the taste of the coffee.
