El Pujol – Costa Rica
Originally from Ethiopia, the Geisha variety arrived in Costa Rica in the late 1960s.
At 1,500 meters, the El Pujol farm in Lourdes thrives on volcanic soils, gentle slopes, southern exposure, and a stream that borders the property.
A spectacular terroir that produces a refined, bright, and floral cup.
Notes: red fruits, mint, sweet strawberry acidity, silky body, jasmine florals.
Best for: filter.
Pôr-do-Sol – Brazil
Haroldo Barcelos Veloso comes from a historic coffee-growing family in the Cerrado.
This exclusive 30 kg nano-lot — winner of the Best Induced Fermentation Coffee award of the Cerrado in early 2025 — was acquired by Cafezal at the regional auction.
An extraordinary coffee that represents the excellence and potential of the world’s largest coffee-producing region.
Notes: guaraná, guava, caramel, strawberry, cherry.
Best for: filter.
