From the highest coffee farm in Brazil, Vista do Brigadeiro, this micro-lot by Vavá stands out for its floral complexity and tropical sweetness.
Notes: Brazilian papaya, raw cane sugar, lemon, hibiscus, jasmine.
Best for: filter.

Portinari – Brazil

Produced by Ana Cecília Velloso at São Luiz Estate Coffees, Portinari is a vibrant, rich, and structured espresso with an aromatic profile enhanced by anaerobic fermentation.
Notes: cacao nibs, salted dark chocolate, dark berries.
Best for: espresso or moka.

Espera Feliz – Brazil

Afonso and his family cultivate coffee at Sítio Forquilha do Rio, in the heart of the Caparaó mountains. Pioneers in controlled fermentation, they produce micro-lots of remarkable finesse and personality.
A memorable cup, perfect both as filter and espresso.
Notes: peach, yellow melon jam, Brazil nuts, chamomile finish.
