This is another spectacular coffee from our friend Alexandre, who has now become one of the key figures in the beautiful Caparaó region of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
From the very first sip, it takes you straight to the tropics with its yellow fruit notes — the result of 150 hours of water fermentation and 15 days of natural sun-drying.
Perfect as a filter or espresso — though we think it truly shines as an espresso!
NOTES: Melon, peach, and chamomile with a cereal finish
Regin: Matas de Minas, Minas Gerais – Brazil
Producer: Alexandre Emerich
Variety: Catuaí 785
Drying process: Anaerobic Fermented (150h)
Altitude: 1100 m
Suggested for: Espresso
