This is a very rich and complex coffee, harvested in collaboration between two talented farmers from Kintamani, Bali. This coffee was fermented anaerobically and the result is a very particular, chocolaty and intense body, very similar to wine. A great option for filter and coffee lovers passionate about fermented fruity notes.
