Hambella, a micro-region of Guji, has started producing co ee 6 years ago (where before it was too cold, now co ee can grow and thrive!). Since production started relatively recently, the local Heirloom plants are still young and full of health giving an outstanding cup quality. Cafezal has chosen this lot after trying 21 di erent co ees of the Guji region. A brilliant mint/raspberry co ee with an elegant lavender aroma.
