Siruma’s name comes from the Wayuunaiki language (an indigenous population from northern Colombia) and means Heaven and Skies. Yaneth is a passionate farmer who, in 2019, transitioned from commercial coffee to specialty coffee production. Since then, she has become one of the most awarded producers in the Cauca region, Colombia.

This coffee is perfect for espresso, thanks to its black cherry and red prune notes!
