This coffee comes from a small village at 1700 meters above sea level. At the cooperative, the coffee can dry for 8-12 days in sun-soaked patios, benefiting from excellent temperatures and sunlight. Cafezal has been working with A.S.O.P.R.O.A.A since 2019, and we selected this lot for its "jammy" and vibrant fruity notes, but also for its sweetness. Ideal for drip coffee, but also a wonderful vibrant cup as an espresso!
