The Buesaco zone is a very distinguished micro-region in Colombia. Many coffee growers preserve the family farming tradition, using sustainable and organic practices. The coffees grown by the Herdandez are from the Castillo and Caturra varieties and all of them are fermented for 16 hours after the drying process. Through our roasting, we have developed a complex product with a sweet taste: perfect for filter extractions.
