Cafezal works since 2019 with coffee from Cafehuila, a relevant cooperative from the famous co ee region of Huila in Colombia. This time we have chosen a coffee from the San Miguel farm, due to its incredible sweet fruit notes as passion fruit and cherry. This is a typical refined washed coffee from Huila, in which after being washed the coffee are sun dried. We recommend it for funky drip drinks!
