Mr. Shonora is a traditional coffee producer in the region of Bulehore, Ethiopa and today owns a mid-size washing station in the small city of Gerba. The coffees from this lot are laid out in thin layers and dried on raised beds for approximately 15-21 days. We choose this lot since based on the very nice results for espresso and Moka pot drinks.
