Mr. Reinaldo together with his wife and 4 sons has dedicated all his life to coffee. This is a micro-lot of only 800kg from the prestigious variety Gesha. After the coffee cherries are manually harvested they are put into fermentation up to 36°C into 25lt containers. The result is outstanding for a drip coffee, with mild ripped fruit notes.
