El Puente


Ana Cecilia is a fanatic coffee producer in Copan and has been one of the first persons in the region working with Carbonic Maceration. This process is essentially when coffee is macerated (fermented) in a carbon-dioxide rich environment. After being picked, coffee cherries are placed into what are typically airtight stainless-steel barrels. Here you can taste a very elegant coffee, with subtle notes of raisins and fig.
