This is another great coffee from our friend Alexandre, who has now become one of the main producers in the beautiful region of Caparaó in Minas Gerais. This coffee brings you to the tropics from the first sip due to its yellow fruits taste, the fermentation in water at 38°C followed by 15 days natural drying. It is perfect either for drip or for espresso (which we recommend).
