This is a very special batch from the famous Colombian region Huila. Cadefhuila is a small cooperative from this Andes region and they are specialized in selection the little peaberry beans, in Spanish called “Caracolillo” (little snails). We chose this coffee because of the excellent sweet and dried fruit notes, outstanding for a rich and strong body espresso.
