“Cascara”, that means fruit skin in Spanish, are the dry skin from the dry co ee. This process is done after the co ee beans are removed from the co ee cherry and they are dried naturally under the sun. Our “Red Skin” come from a premium co ee variety called Gesha and the taste results are very similar to a tea with very ne cherry notes, with spicy tones of apple cider and Earl Gray tea.
